This Art of Flex-ability 2025 series includes ten 90-minute Zoom classes designed to help you explore strength, softness and creative movement through deep backbends, transitions and playful shapes.

 

The classes include:

  1. Splits shapes and transitions

  2. Lunge and wheel

  3. Flying cobra

  4. Pincha play

  5. Chest stand

  6. Hollowback shapes (including alien)

  7. Dancer and needle pose

  8. Camel and kapotasana

  9. King pigeon

  10. Wheel pose and transitions

 

Each class is taught in my signature style, combining fluid movement with mobility and flexibility drills influenced by yoga, contortion and dance. You'll begin with a warm-up designed to prepare and strengthen the specific areas we’ll focus on in that session. From there, we break down key poses, explore mechanics and alignment, and look at how you can adapt each posture to suit your body, your goals and your own expression.

 

We also play with sequencing and creative transitions, helping you build fluidity and confidence moving in and out of more advanced shapes.
