Join us at AltaVista Lodge and experience life in the beautiful, unspoilt Western Algarve.  Only 15 minutes from the beach the villa is on the doorstep of some of the most picturesque coastlines in Europe.

Each day will start with an energizing 90 minute practice which will include:

*Sculpt

*Power Yoga

*Creative vinyasa

*The Art of Flex-ability

*Mandala flow

*Yin Yoga

There will then be time to relax and unwind or take part in one of the many local activities the area has to offer. This includes: surfing, rock climbing, kitesurfing, scuba diving, SUP or exploring the beautiful countryside on horse back.

Each afternoon will include a two hour workshop which will explore skills and drills, prop and partner play and alignment and mechanics of: splits, backbends, arm balances and inversions.

Evening activities will include acro yoga and sunset meditation on the beach.

Whatever your level or ability Arianna will support and guide you to build your confidence, be the very best that you can be and make memories and friendships that will last a life time.

Prices include 5x night stay, yoga twice daily and breakfast and dinner
