Whether you’re naturally flexible or simply want to be able to touch your toes this Workshop will explore why stretching isn’t always the most effective answer.
This Workshop will cover the difference between Flexibility and Mobility and the importance of building the strength to take you safely into your end range of motion.
We will start off by looking at different ways of how we can assess our own flexibility and mobility thus identifying which areas of the body you need to work on and look at strengthening and stretching drills that you can incorporate in order to build your own personal practice.
