We build toward it methodically. Targeted drills for shoulder mobility, thoracic extension and the kind of strength that makes deep upper-back work feel controlled. By the time you reach the peak, your body knows why each step came before it.

  • For movement teachers - Observe coaching cues, teaching methods, hands-on adjustments and how I adapt exercises for different students.
  • For students at home - Follow the complete workshop from home with optional partner work, prop variations and alternatives for those practising alone.
