  1. Account Registration
    To access digital content purchased through this website, you are required to create an account on www.rebeccahannah.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login details with any third party.

  2. Access and Duration
    Upon purchase, access to digital content through the Member Area is granted on a lifetime basis – meaning you may access the content for as long as it remains available on the platform. Rebecca Hannah reserves the right to update, replace, or remove content from the Member Area, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

  3. Non-Transferability
    Access to the Member Area is personal and non-transferable. Each purchase grants access to one individual only. Sharing your account or login details with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.

  4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
    If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised with your bank or payment provider, Rebecca Hannah reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to the Member Area pending resolution of the dispute. If the dispute is resolved in Rebecca Hannah's favour, access will be reinstated. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

  5. Account Suspension and Termination
    Rebecca Hannah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Member Area in the event of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing of login credentials, recording or redistribution of content, or any other unauthorised use. In cases of suspension due to a breach, no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Private Sessions:

    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a private session.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and not rescheduled or refunded.

  2. Workshops & Events:

    Cancellation and refund policies for workshops and events may vary depending on the policies of the hosting studio. Please refer to the specific event description or contact Rebecca Hannah for details regarding the applicable cancellation terms before booking.

  3. Digital Products:

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of digital content within 14 days unless you have given your express consent to receive the content immediately and acknowledged that this waives your right to cancel.

    By purchasing digital content from this website, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and you thereby lose your right to cancel once delivery has started.
    At checkout, you will be asked to confirm this waiver of cancellation rights.

7. Additional Terms for Private Sessions (Zoom & In-Person)

By booking a private session with Rebecca Hannah, you agree to the following:

  1. Block Bookings: For multiple sessions (e.g., 4, 6, 8), the standard schedule is one per week. Let Rebecca know if you need more flexibility. Adjustments can be discussed in advance.

  2. In-Person Sessions: Available within a 30-minute commute. A £20 travel fee applies for longer distances. If a studio rental is required, the fee is covered by the client in addition to the session rate.

8. Additional Terms for Online Group Classes (Zoom)

  1. Live Zoom Classes: An email with the Zoom link will be sent to you before class.

  2. Class Recordings: After the session, all participants will also receive access to the recording once it’s uploaded. Recordings are shared via a private YouTube link and are available for two weeks. Please do not share the link. For ad-free viewing, consider using an ad blocker or YouTube Premium.

  3. Health & Responsibility: For health and liability details, please refer to the general disclaimer in section 8.

9. Health and Liability Disclaimer

  1. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
    Participation in any of Rebecca Hannah's Services, including live classes, recorded content, workshops, trainings, and private sessions, is entirely voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge that yoga, mobility training, flexibility work and related movement practices carry an inherent risk of physical injury. You agree to participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.

  2. Health Screening and Medical Clearance
    Before participating in any Services, you confirm that:

    • You are in good physical health and know of no medical reason why you should not participate in yoga, flexibility, or mobility training;

    • You have consulted a qualified medical professional if you have any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely;

    • You will inform Rebecca Hannah of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to your session or class.

    • It is your responsibility to seek medical advice if you are unsure whether any activity is appropriate for your current health status. Rebecca Hannah is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical diagnoses or treatment.

  3. Contraindications
    If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, including but not limited to joint hypermobility, cardiovascular conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, or musculoskeletal injuries, please consult your doctor before participating and inform Rebecca Hannah prior to your first session. Modifications and alternatives are available; your safety and comfort are the priority.

  4. Nature of the Practice
    You acknowledge that yoga and mobility training – including advanced flexibility, contortion-influenced techniques, deep passive stretching, and loaded range-of-motion work – are physically demanding practices. Even when performed with proper instruction and guidance, these activities may result in muscle soreness, strain, or injury. Rebecca Hannah provides modifications and progressions appropriate to different levels, but it remains your responsibility to listen to your body and work within your own capacity at all times.
    You agree to:

    • Respect your body's signals and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort;

    • Not push beyond your comfortable range of motion without appropriate preparation;

    • Follow Rebecca Hannah's guidance and not attempt advanced techniques without having completed appropriate foundational work;

    • Not participate while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any medication that impairs balance, coordination, or pain perception.

  5. Online and Recorded Classes
    When participating in online or recorded sessions, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your practice environment is safe – including adequate space, a non-slip surface and the absence of hazards. Rebecca Hannah cannot monitor your physical condition or environment remotely and cannot be held liable for injuries arising from conditions in your home or chosen practice space.

  6. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
    All content provided through Rebecca Hannah's Services, including verbal cues, written materials, video content, and individualised feedback, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns before beginning or continuing a movement practice.

  7. Limitation of Liability for Health-Related Claims
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rebecca Hannah shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in her Services, provided that reasonable care and appropriate instruction have been given. This includes injuries arising from the nature of the practice itself, failure to follow guidance, pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to participation, or unsafe home practice environments. This clause does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, graphics and other resources, are protected by intellectual property law. They are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

You must not copy, share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or adapt any part of the digital content. Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login or access links is strictly prohibited.
The recording, screenshotting, or capturing of any content within the Member Area by any means is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to screen recording software, third-party capture tools, and recording via external devices. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and may be subject to legal action.
You may download or print these Terms and Conditions for your records.

11. Complaints and Faults

If you experience any issues with accessing or using services, please email rebeccahannahyoga1@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, a description of the issue, and your preferred resolution. I aim to respond within 14 working days. If the issue relates to digital content that has not been delivered or is faulty, I will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. Refunds may be offered in line with your legal rights.

12. Data Privacy

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to seek resolution amicably. If not resolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Users accessing this site from outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that the use of our Services complies with local laws. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

14. Final Provisions

Rebecca Hannah reserves the right to amend these Terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Changes will be published on the website with at least 14 days' notice. Changes do not apply retroactively.

The business address will be provided on invoices and formal legal correspondence, in accordance with UK legal requirements.

By using or purchasing any service via www.rebeccahannah.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

15. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver services to a high standard, Rebecca Hannah cannot accept responsibility for unexpected issues or injuries that may occur during participation, provided that reasonable care and guidance have been given. Any liability, where applicable, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service. This clause does not override any rights you may have under UK consumer law.

16. Force Majeure

Rebecca Hannah shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
