ART OF FLEX-ABILITY
WORKSHOP WEEKEND
BARCELONA 24–26 April 2026

Overview
Join me in Barcelona for a transformative weekend of movement, strength, and creative flexibility. These workshops are designed for yoga practitioners, movement artists, and anyone who wants to explore their body in a safe, smart, and playful way. Throughout the weekend, I blend technique, creativity, and personalised guidance to help you move to the next level in your practice.
The Art of Flex-ability is my signature method, developed over 15 years of teaching in more than 30 countries worldwide. My approach goes beyond simply getting into poses. I focus on understanding your body, identifying your restrictions, and building a personal pathway to strength and mobility that works for you. The workshops emphasise safe, effective technique, hands-on adjustments, partner work, and creative use of props, helping you engage, align, and explore your flexibility in a way that feels expressive and empowering.
Whether you’re completely new to flexibility training or looking to advance your practice, this weekend offers something for everyone.

Weekend Schedule
Friday – 6:00–8:30pm
Masterclass: Camel and Wheel
We begin with a seamless, flow-based exploration of spinal mobility. I guide you through spinal waves, spirals, flexion, extension, lateral movement, and rotation, building strength, control, and fluidity. This leads into transitions between Camel, Wheel, and Drop Back, with partner work and props supporting alignment and creative exploration.
Saturday – 12:00–3:00pm
Splits Workshop
This workshop meets you exactly where you are in your front splits. We explore drills and progressions for the hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, hip flexors, and inner thighs, using passive, active, dynamic, and isometric techniques. You’ll discover playful transitions in and out of splits and learn how to create sequences that feel creative, fun, and safe. Partner work and props are integrated throughout.
Saturday – 4:00–7:00pm
Flip Your Grip Workshop
Together, we take your backbend practice further with dance-inspired waves, circles, and twists. We explore alignment, strength, and mobility for poses like Cobra, Bow, and Kapotasana, with an emphasis on smooth transitions. Props and partner work help you explore safely while connecting strength, flexibility, and flow.
Sunday – 9:00am–12:00pm
Back Strength and Conditioning for Backbends
This session focuses on the strength and activation needed for supported backbends. We work on core engagement, middle-back activation, spinal mobility, and lower-body strength. You’ll explore Cobra and Flying Cobra variations and move toward Bow and Donut progressions, integrating everything from the weekend.
Sunday – 2:00–5:00pm
Cheststand Exploration
We begin with a short mobility flow to prepare the spine, shoulders, and hips. The session then focuses on chest opening and a safe neck warm-up to prepare the body for Chest Stand. You’ll explore Chest Stand from the ground, pressing up and breaking down the mechanics and prerequisites of this entry. After building this foundation, we warm up the shoulders and practice Wheel and Forearm Wheel, including catching the ankles in Forearm Wheel, and explore how this can lead into Wheel → Chest Stand transitions. Partner work and props support alignment, activation, and creative exploration.

Yoga Alliance Hours
