Assess
You complete a detailed questionnaire and send videos and/or photos so I can analyse your movement in full.

I personally review every questionnaire. If I feel we're a good fit, I'll be in touch to invite you to the next step and schedule your consultation. There's no payment or booking required at this stage.

We meet for a live 1:1 Zoom session — the session is recorded so you can revisit it afterwards.
