This is a one-to-one coaching experience combining movement analysis, live coaching, personalised programming, full-length classes, and ongoing feedback — designed to help you train with more direction, structure, and understanding.

How we work together

Four distinct phases — from in-depth assessment through to ongoing development — each designed to build on the last and evolve with your practice.

Assess

You complete a detailed questionnaire and send videos and/or photos so I can analyse your movement in full.

I personally review every questionnaire. If I feel we're a good fit, I'll be in touch to invite you to the next step and schedule your consultation. There's no payment or booking required at this stage.

Refine

We meet for a live 1:1 Zoom session — the session is recorded so you can revisit it afterwards.

Build

Following the session, I create your personalised Art of Flex-ability training program — everything selected intentionally for your body, goals, and background.
