Single Session

The best place to begin. We'll look at where you are, what you're working towards, and get straight to work. A single session also gives you a real sense of how I work – so you can decide whether a longer commitment makes sense for you.
Block of 4 Sessions
4 x 60 minutes · Live or Zoom
Once you've had your first session and you know my approach works for you, a block is the smart next step. Consistency is where the real progress happens and it's better value than booking sessions one at a time.
6-Week Mentoring Programme
6 weeks · Live or Zoom
A fully structured programme for those ready to commit to real, lasting change. We'll build a framework tailored specifically to your body, your goals and your schedule and you'll leave with a practice that's genuinely yours.
