
About this programme
Over 4 classes we will progressively work towards ankle catches in lunge, splits, bow, wheel and dancer.
Completion of these poses requires a lot of flexibility in the hip flexors and shoulders as well as strength and stability in the hamstrings and the glutes.
Each class will start with a vinyasa based up designed to target these areas. This will then lead into strength and mobility drills to support you to work towards these poses in a safe and intelligent way. We will then go onto explore ankle catches including modifications/variations, prop based assists, transitions and choreography.
