
About this programme
This series includes five 90-minute classes (recordings of live Zoom sessions).
It integrates elements of yoga, contortion, and contemporary floorwork, with a strong focus on building the strength required to safely support flexibility.
Each class explores the foundations of splits and straddles — what needs to be strengthened and what needs to be lengthened—through targeted drills, alignment-based techniques, and clear progressions. The aim is not just to move deeper, but to understand the why behind the work.
With options to modify or advance, the series is designed to meet you at your current level while supporting long-term development. Classes also include space for creative transitions, encouraging you to link movements together in a way that feels fluid and expressive.
This series does not have an expiry date, so you can revisit it as many times as your practice evolves.
