
About this programme
This Art of Flex-ability 2025 series includes twenty 90-minute Zoom classes designed to help you explore strength, softness and creative movement through deep backbends, transitions and playful shapes.
Each class is taught in my signature style, combining fluid movement with mobility and flexibility drills influenced by yoga, contortion and dance. You'll begin with a warm-up designed to prepare and strengthen the specific areas we’ll focus on in that session. From there, we break down key poses, explore mechanics and alignment, and look at how you can adapt each posture to suit your body, your goals and your own expression.
We also play with sequencing and creative transitions, helping you build fluidity and confidence moving in and out of more advanced shapes.
You can expect a fun, informative and challenging experience – whether you're just starting to explore these postures or looking for inspiration to take your flexibility practice to the next level.
