About this programme

Flex-Ability Foundations brings together the classes I believe create a strong, well-rounded flexibility practice.

These are the areas I find myself returning to time and time again in my own training, and the ones I recommend most often to my students. Rather than focusing on one particular skill, this series explores the key components of flexibility, helping you build strength, refine technique, and develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves.

Together, we’ll work on front splits, middle splits, cobra, wheel and dropbacks, flipped grip backbends, core strength, and reset practices, helping you build a practice that continues to support you as your goals evolve.

Whether you’re discovering The Art of Flex-Ability for the first time or you’ve been practising with me for years, these classes are designed to grow with you. Every class includes modifications and progressions, allowing you to adapt the practice to your own body, experience, and goals.
