Bendy Inversions is a fun, innovative series of five 75-minute workshops exploring flexibility shapes in inversions through smart technique, creative drills, and thoughtful progression. Built from methods I’ve developed and refined through 15 years of teaching in nearly 30 countries, this workshop-style series is designed to be adaptable, practical, and effective.
You’ll explore familiar flexibility shapes — pincha, handstand, hollow back, scorpion, splits, and straddles — from the ground up. Each workshop begins on the floor, breaking down alignment, activation, and mechanics before gradually moving into inversion work. There are always options, so you never need to spend the entire workshop upside down.
Bendy Inversions is designed for yoga and aerial teachers, as well as dedicated practitioners who feel plateaued, bored, or curious to explore new approaches to inversions and flexibility. Participants should have some inversion experience and feel confident coming into inversions at a wall, though freestanding inversions are not required.
This series is ideal for anyone who enjoys drills, technique, and problem-solving, and wants fresh inspiration they can apply both to their own practice and teaching.
